It is my pleasure bringing to you Battery University, the institution for Learning the basics about batteries. Out of sheer curiosity, I conducted a statistical analysis at the end of the year to find out which battery topics in the book are being requested most often. The winners are:

Proper Charge Methods is also very much in the hearts of the battery users. A surprise was Internal Battery Resistance in third position. 開商舖網誰都可以理解，但為什麼還順便做一個收廢網呢？在人們的心目中，廢品似乎只屬於衣衫襤褸的進城農民，和年輕漂亮的女子以及現代化的網站決不沾邊，可田誼怎麼會對它感興趣呢？對於記者的一連串疑問，田誼笑了笑說，做收廢網的念頭來的的確有點偶然。去年，一個做零售業的朋友偶然在她面前感嘆清理廢品的麻煩，說親自送廢品回收站吧，經濟上和時間上都劃不來；就近讓小販來收吧，一來需要的時候他們未必在附近；即便他們就在附近，但由於不清楚其來路，心裡總是有些彆扭。聽到這話後，田誼就萌生了建一個收廢網站的想法。

此後她有意識地了解了一下市面上的情況，發現西安目前的廢品回收者主要是一些沒有固定辦公場所、衣衫襤褸的進城農民，方法和內容都很粗放，和西安的城市形象、環保要求並不協調。她尋思，隨著生活水平的提高，商品包裝日益繁複，更新換代的速度也加快，廢舊物品的產出率與日俱增，而其中的許多東西是可以回收再利用的。即便不能再利用，也是需要回收的，否則就會對環境造成嚴重的壓力。有了這個認識後，她上網查了查，發現北京、上海等發達城市都已在互聯網上建立了收廢網站，這種網站不僅宣傳環保理念和相關的收廢知識，也大大方便了普通市民交投廢品。就這樣，她開通了西安首個收廢網。

收廢形象為之一新

田誼建立的西安收廢網上有“在線收廢”、“交投說明”、“收廢價格”、“加盟專區”等欄目，也留有qq號、電子郵箱、聯繫電話。市民只要登陸網站，根據提示填寫表單，即可和網站約定時間，然後等著網站派人來上門收取。當然，也可以通過電話預約。

網站的點擊率是漸漸多起來的。剛開始，有一些網民小心翼翼地發來電子郵件，諮詢相關問題。偶爾，也會有試探性的預約單子傳上來。不過，最初的預約單上來時，田誼倒有些為難了。她雖然很關注廢品回收問題，但原本只想單純地提供網絡平台，至於具體收集廢品，則是希望別人加盟來做的。可是，預約單上來時，還沒有人來加盟，為了網站的信譽，她只好親自出馬。不過，頭幾次是偷偷去的，連家人都沒敢告訴。

儘管處事很低調，但田誼真正出馬後，她的收廢網站和收廢行動還是引起了媒體和社會的廣泛注意，因為她完全顛覆和革新了廢品回收在人們心目中的形象。網站的點擊率隨之迅速攀升，到7月初，日點擊率已由最初的幾十次迅速飆升到幾百、上千次。與此同時，熱情的西安市民也不斷打電話來給她出主意、提建議，一些懂行的人還主動向她講解廢品回收知識。一些小區、社區和企業則主動聯繫，請網站去回收他們手裡的廢品……

市民的這些反應，大大地感動了田誼，同時也給了她很大的壓力和動力。她對記者說：“市民的支持讓我覺得自己不做這行不行，不做好更不行！”

現在，田誼的收廢網站已全面運轉起來，擁有了10多個收購人員。這些人員都經過業務培訓，上門收購時一律著專門製作的綠色T卹工裝，工裝前胸印有“西安收廢網”幾個字，後背印著收廢網站的域名和投訴電話。田誼說，她要把網站做成西安市民“身邊的廢品箱”，為西安的廢品回收業走向有序、專業、規範、安全、文明出一把力，也為西安的“創衛”盡一份微薄之力！

市民熱切希望增加收廢種類

這些天，田誼和她的員工們從早忙到晚，但由於條件限制，暫時主要回收廢紙(包括廢舊報紙、書本、黃紙板、紙箱等)、廢金屬、舊家電等。

明德門小區有位大媽每個月都要賣一回舊報紙。前幾天，她聽說西安收廢網的事後，就撥通了電話。平常，她家的舊報紙都賣給了街上收破爛的，但每回小販來過後，她心裡都會有點不舒服，因為她的報紙只要到了小販的秤上，就總好像失了分量。這回，她想試試這家網站的“秤”。最後，當田誼將5元錢遞到大媽手裡時，大媽如釋重負地笑了，還激動地拉著田誼的手說：“姑娘，你好好乾，我們都會支持你的。”原來，這位大媽每次將同樣分量的報紙賣給小販時，最多只能得到3元錢。而田誼這裡的單價雖比小販低，總價反倒多出將近一倍，可見小販用的是黑心秤。

預約收購之外，也有許多人熱心地提了許多建議，主要是希望網站拓寬收廢種類，在校大學生的反應尤其熱烈。許多學生在網上留言，說校園裡盛產電腦、飲料罐(瓶)、廢舊書報等廢品，願意和網站合作收集。一位家庭主婦來電話說，現在塑料袋氾濫，希望網站能回收塑料袋。一個上高中的男孩子希望網站能收集廢舊電池回收，以減少其對環境的危害。還有的人希望能回收舊衣服、舊傢俱、舊電器……這些留言，讓田誼真真切切地感到了普通百姓對環境的關切、對節約意識的認同及對正規廢品回收隊伍的需求。

在節約意識再度深入人心、環境問題日益受到重視的大背景下，廢品回收的價值和意義也正在被人們重新認識。它已不再只是龜縮於街頭巷尾的“垃圾”，也不再只是貧困人群養家糊口的生計，而是需要專業、規範和配套技術的新型產業。這個產業的發展需要像田誼這樣的主流人群加入，更需要政府相關部門的重視和政策支持。願我們的廢品回收業一路走好！
